With that in mind, we are delighted to announce that Cloudsmith now supports public and private Hex repositories. Hex is a package manager for the BEAM ecosystem; any language that compiles to run on the BEAM VM, such as elixir and Erlang, can be used to build Hex packages.
You can also publish using the native tooling:
mix hex.publish packageAdditionally, Cloudsmith scans your Hex packages for malware and CVEs and extracts license information, letting you build license and vulnerability policies to manage what packages are allowed to be used within your organization.
